Foiltone Ltd provides solutions for Printers wishing to Cold Foil or to “Cast & Cure” in line on their existing presses.
We have built and supplied retrofit systems for Printers all over the world, on most makes and sizes of presses. Our customers range from large, multi-national packaging companies to independent trade Printers. All are looking for the same thing, market differentiation through added value in print, which our systems provide.
Foiltone Ltd does not market a machine, we provide solutions – with more than 30 installations completed and working we have not yet supplied the same machine twice. Every installation has been different¸ either because of the make and model of the host press, or because the space and access to the press is limited, or the Printer has a special requirement – or because the Foiltone solution has been upgraded, enhanced, as part of our continuous improvement policy.
In all cases we have listened to, and worked with, our customers to provide the solution they require.
In recent months we developed solutions for customers who wanted:
- A system that would “Cast & Cure” or cold foil as required.
- A system for a press with a ceiling clearance less than 2 metres
- A system that uses a drying tower for “Cast & Cure” application.
- A system for a 24” flexo web press
- A system for a high speed gravure press.
The Foiltone system has proved versatile and adaptable to any installation, and it is manufactured to be robust and dependable, that is why we are happy to give 2 year warranties on all our installations.
We design and build with press efficiency and production demands in mind; that is why we allow for roll sizes up to 15,000 meters and a performance to match your required press speeds.
Foiltone was the first supplier of Cold Foiling systems, then “Cast & Cure” systems, for retrofit to printing presses. Because of this we have levels of experience and expertise in this field that you will not find anywhere else.
