CAST & CURE OFFLINE 

Foiltone and our partners continue to develop cold foil and cast & cure systems that enable more printers and print finishers to take advantage of these technologies.

Our latest system, introduced at the recent  IADD/ FSEA Odyssey  conference in Nashville, is for the Offline Coating Industry.

The unit is available in sizes ranging from 50cm to 145cm with a basic speed of 5,000 sheets an hour (faster units are also available).

Independent speed controls allow us to reduce the gap between the sheets providing foil or film savings.

Adjustable nip points ensure this unit will  give a smooth and consistent lay down on a wide variety of substrates.

The unit is capable of cold foiling and cast and cure, its unique safety chuck design allows for simple loading and unloading of the rolls.

It can be supplied with an integrated UV light source already fitted. Installation and commissioning can be completed in a few hours.

TABLE-TOP CAST & CURE UNIT

The World's first table-top cast & cure unit .

This unit is for use either in the Design Studio or on the shop floor.

This unit is ideal for very short  production runs or for the preparation of samples. It will be available in 30cm and 60cm widths.
